Parents can register their children online and keep school processes digital instead of paper-heavy workflows. Once enrolled, students are linked to classes, parents, and teachers so the institute can manage the full student lifecycle from a single platform.

Teachers get a dedicated portal with a dashboard overview of classes and students, quick actions for attendance and syllabus access, student management, learning goals, resources, programs, schedules, daily messages, and announcements. From My Students they can search profiles, review status, and assign goals.

Admins run the full control center — users, students, classes, attendance and teacher attendance, learning goals and observation, resources, announcements, programs, fee dashboard, reports, and scheduling. Roll Call supports class and date selection, bulk mark-present, and Present / Absent / Late / Excused status for each student.

Built with a React.js frontend and NestJS backend, deployed on AWS, with Amazon S3 powering secure storage for images and teaching resources. The UI includes dark mode, role-based portals, and operational dashboards designed for daily school use.
