Project Overview
A full-stack event planning and vendor marketplace built for people organising weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and experiences. Event hosts onboard with preferences, discover verified vendors by category, get AI-powered recommendations, plan multi-category budgets, shortlist and book services, and chat with vendors in real time.
Vendors manage profiles and services, set weekly availability, accept bookings, track analytics, and upgrade through subscription tiers. Admins oversee users, vendor approvals, categories, bookings, reviews, push campaigns, and platform analytics through a dedicated web dashboard.
Built as a production-grade monorepo — a React Native app (iOS & Android) with role-based navigation, push notifications, Supabase realtime messaging, and deep-link subscription flows; a NestJS API with Prisma/PostgreSQL, JWT auth, rate limiting, background jobs, Stripe payments, and OpenAI recommendations; and a Next.js admin portal with analytics, category management, and vendor moderation.
